Simply apply a small amount to the surface of each electrode. This will greatly increase the conductivity of the connection and more evenly distribute the stimulation surface area.

Enjoy the same levels of stimulation with a noticeably lower skin sensation.

Then simply wash off after use in warm soapy water.
